Potatoes and garlic!

Our friend, C, went home to his parents over the Easter weekend and he brought back potatoes and garlic from his father’s garden for us, “to ensure they will be in good hands.” What a lovely gift! They’re going into a potato rösti one day next week for dinner, methinks.


Teman kami, C, pergi mudik ke rumah orangtuanya untuk liburan Paskah. Ketika kembali ke Berlin, dia memberi kami oleh-oleh kentang dan bawang putih hasil panen kebun ayahnya, untuk “menjamin mereka berada di tangan orang yang suka masak.” Wow, terima kasih banyak! Ancang-ancang bikin rösti untuk santap malam minggu ini nih!
